"Early" registration rates will be in effect February 19th through March 16th, with options to attend both days or one day only - Thursday or Friday.

"Standard" registration rates begin March 17th ending April 15th. 

After April 15, "At The Door" rates will go into effect.

Continuing Education

Full Conference attendees can expect to earn 13.75 hours of CE credit, 

with a possible 2.00 hours of Ethics CEU's.

Thursday attendees can expect to earn 7.50 hours of CE credit.

(0.50 possible Ethics CEU's)

Friday attendees can expect to earn 6.25 hours of CE credit.

(1.50 possible Ethics CEU's)

Materials in Dropbox

Bring your tablets, laptops, iPads, etc.!

We are excited to announce that all presentation materials will be available for access during the conference in the AFA Dropbox.  The link will be emailed to you prior to the conference.

 If you require a hard copy of the presentation materials, you can purchase a copy for $45 on the registration page.

Refund Policy

Full refunds will be available (less 5% for credit card payment registrations) through April 5th.

50% refunds will be offered April 6th through April 14th. 

No refunds can be made for cancellations received on or after April 15, as our event logistics, food and beverage orders, and all equipment rentals will be placed on that date according to expected attendance.  However, substitute attendees are welcomed and encouraged.
