Apply for Membership Originally established in the early 1980’s as the Arizona Association of Public and Private Fiduciaries, the organization evolved into the Arizona Fiduciaries Association in April 1995 to provide education and advocacy for its members to enhance and promote the fiduciary profession. In 1999, the AFA became a state affiliate of the National Guardianship Association. With over 200 members, AFA endeavors to develop the best standards of practice for professional fiduciaries. Fiduciaries join AFA because it supports and educates fiduciaries, promotes professional standards, offers educational events and materials, and facilitates networking in Arizona. Membership with the Arizona Fiduciaries Association (AFA) is a voluntary membership and is subject to review by the AFA Board of Directors. Information submitted in the Membership Application (herein referred to as “application” or “the application”) is confidential and will be used only for the purposes of determining an applicant’s eligibility for membership. An attestation will be required by the applicant and any falsification or omission of information may be grounds for denial of membership. Membership dues in AFA are non refundable.
